1. Use of the Site
By accessing, subscribing to, or purchasing from our Site, you agree:
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract (if you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it)
- To use the Site for lawful purposes only
- Not to violate any local, national, or international laws
- Not to copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Site or its products
- Not to remove or bypass watermarks, preview limits, access controls, or download restrictions
- Not to use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or bulk-download content
- Not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware
- Not to use chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
We may suspend or terminate accounts, without refund, for violations, and may take legal action where appropriate.
2. Products and Services Offered
a. Individual Manuals
We sell digital OEM, service, workshop, and repair manuals as one-time purchases. These are non-physical, electronic files. Once payment is confirmed, the manual is delivered digitally and added to your account for download.
b. Subscriptions
You may also subscribe for access to the manuals included in our subscription library. Plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
c. Free Preview
Anyone may view a free, watermarked preview of the first 5 pages of each manual, with no download. Full viewing and downloading require purchase of that manual or an active subscription. We do not offer a free trial.
We may add, change, or remove manuals and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular manual is or will remain available.
3. Orders, Delivery and Subscriptions
- Individual purchases: Delivered digitally to your account for download once payment is confirmed. An individual purchase is a one-time charge that does not renew.
- Subscriptions: Renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by emailing info@anroy.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not want the new price, cancel before renewal.
- Failed payments: If a subscription payment fails, we may suspend or end your subscription access until payment is made.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Return & Refund Policy or as required by law. Please review that policy for the conditions under which a refund may be issued.
5. Intellectual Property and License
All manuals, logos, content, and product listings are protected intellectual property. The website, its design, code, and original materials belong to ANROY or its licensors. Manuals and related documents remain the property of their respective rights holders. Manufacturer and brand names are used for identification only, and ANROY is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer. We respond to copyright complaints as described in our Legal Notice.
When you purchase a manual, or while your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and download it for your own reference, or for internal use within your own workshop or business for servicing equipment you own or maintain. Manuals you purchased individually remain available in your account, and manuals you download while subscribed may be kept for that same purpose after your subscription ends. Online access to manuals you did not purchase individually ends when your subscription ends.
You may not redistribute, resell, or republish any part of our content.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing a manual, you authorize a single charge to your PayPal account. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your PayPal account. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes. We do not store your card or bank details.
7. Safety Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Servicing vehicles, machinery, and equipment involves risk of serious injury, death, and property damage. Manuals may be outdated, incomplete, translated, or inapplicable to your specific unit, and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for confirming that any procedure, torque value, specification, or safety information is correct and for following safe working practices. Consult a qualified technician if you are unsure.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANROY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY MANUAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
8. Account Access
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account
- Each account is for one individual user. Sharing login credentials, purchased files, or reselling access is prohibited
- Notify us immediately at info@anroy.org if you suspect unauthorized use
9. Indemnification and Termination
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANROY from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version. For material changes, we will give notice on the Site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at info@anroy.org and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford, CT, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced above (our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice), are the entire agreement between you and ANROY regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
