ANROY respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, ANROY will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the anroy.org website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to the ANROY Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one or to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged infringements on or through the Site by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement below and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a complete Notice, ANROY will take the action it deems appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the challenged content.

DMCA NOTICE OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT ("NOTICE"):
To be effective, your Notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and to which access should be disabled, including the exact URL(s) or location on the Site where it appears.
- Your name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Please make sure your Notice meets all of the above requirements. If we request additional information to make your Notice complete, please provide it promptly. If you do not comply, your Notice may not be processed further.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE A NOTICE:
We will review each complete Notice promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward the Notice, including your contact details, to the user who posted or accessed the material, and we may notify affected users that the material has been removed.
COUNTER-NOTIFICATION:
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ANROY may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
REPEAT INFRINGERS:
In appropriate circumstances, ANROY may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
