About ANROY
What is ANROY?
ANROY is a USA-based online library of OEM service manuals, workshop manuals, repair manuals and related technical documentation. You can buy individual manuals or subscribe for access to the full library.
Can I buy a single manual, or do I have to subscribe?
You can do either. Buy an individual manual as a one-time purchase, or subscribe for access to the manuals available in the library. A single purchase does not start a subscription, and a subscription does not require you to buy anything else.
Which option is better for me?
If you need one or two specific manuals, buying them individually is usually the simplest choice. If you work on many machines or need manuals regularly, a subscription is typically better value. Compare current prices on our pricing and manual pages.
Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
How does buying an individual manual work?
Open the manual page, click Buy, and pay through PayPal. Once PayPal confirms the payment, the manual is added to your account and you can download it right away. It is a one-time charge with no automatic renewal, and you can re-download it from your account at any time.
How does the subscription work?
Choose a plan on our pricing page, sign in or create an account, and pay through PayPal. Your access is activated as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial. Instead, anyone can preview the first 5 pages of each manual for free (see below) to confirm it is the right document before subscribing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with any card or bank account linked to your PayPal account. We never see or store your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments) or by emailing info@anroy.org from the address on your account. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will I be charged again automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We may email you a reminder before renewal where required by law.
Can I get a refund?
Because access to digital content begins immediately, purchases and subscription payments are generally non-refundable. There are exceptions, such as duplicate or unauthorized charges and situations where we cannot deliver access. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.
I was charged but I cannot access my manual or subscription. What should I do?
Refresh your account page and check your email (including spam) for the PayPal receipt. If access is still not available after a few minutes, email info@anroy.org with your account email and PayPal transaction ID, and we will fix it promptly.
Using the Library
What can I see before buying or subscribing?
Anyone can view a free, watermarked preview of the first 5 pages of each manual. Full viewing and downloading require either purchasing that manual or having an active subscription.
How do I download a manual?
Sign in, open the manual page (or "My Purchases" in your account), and use the View or Download button. You need to have bought that manual or have an active subscription. Manuals are provided mainly as PDF files, which can be large (often 100 MB or more), so a stable connection is recommended.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Manuals you bought individually stay in your account and remain available to download. Files you downloaded while subscribed are yours to keep for personal or internal workshop reference. Online viewing and new downloads of manuals you did not purchase individually stop when your subscription ends. Please see our Terms of Service for permitted use.
Is there a download limit?
We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to prevent automated scraping and account sharing. Normal use by an individual or a single workshop will not be affected.
Can I share my account with colleagues?
No. Each subscription is for one user. Accounts showing signs of sharing or automated downloading may be suspended.
I can't find the manual I need. Can you add it?
Send us the make, model, year and type of manual (service, repair, parts, wiring) at info@anroy.org. We cannot promise availability, but we review every request.
What software do I need to open the files?
Any PDF reader works, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your web browser. Most manuals are searchable: press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to search for keywords. Some files may be delivered as ZIP archives that need to be extracted first.
Are the manuals official?
Our library consists of OEM and workshop documentation for reference. Manufacturer names and model designations are used for identification only. ANROY is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any manufacturer. See our Legal Notice.

How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How is my personal information handled?
We collect only what we need to run your account and process your subscription. Payments are handled by PayPal. Read our Privacy Policy for full details, including how to request deletion of your data.
